By signing this agreement, I acknowledge the following:

• I understand that by purchasing this session I will immediately move forward with the financial commitment of the purchase of this session.
• I understand that these payments are non-refundable, and if for any reason I choose not to move forward with this session I will continue to be financially liable for the investment of this session.
  
• I understand session must be used within 30 days of purchase.
• Ashley's sessions are by phone call and not video. This is strategically done to allow you to connect fully in your own energy and not feel like you are being "on" for someone else. This allows you to be fully present with yourself allowing what needs to come up to be addressed.
• I agree to the 48 hour cancellation policy. Sessions missed without providing notice or providing notice less than 24 hours in advance will be lost and considered completed. Sessions canceled between 48 and 24 hours in advanced are subject to only be ½ of the length depending on Ashley’s availability. Sessions must be used in their designated week and may not be pushed back or accumulated.
• I have read the policies provided here and agree to participate fully in session, pay my coaching fees on-time, and show up 100% to this session in every way possible. I understand Ashley is not a medical doctor, licensed therapist, legal advisor, or financial advisor, and that I am responsible for all my thoughts, feelings, and actions. I will ask questions and clarify anything I don’t understand. I recognize that uncomfortable feelings may come to the surface throughout the session, and I will let Ashley Maven know so that we can work through them together. I am committed to doing everything I need to do to get 100% from my coaching relationship and from this session.
