• Joy Learning Class (75 minutes. One per month.) During this call, new learnings will be introduced all geared towards gaining emotional freedom and stepping into joy centered living. I believe in creating lives we are excited to wake up for from the inside out. But this starts with inner transformation and healing! 
  • Pssst.... have you had trouble with traditional academia learning or struggled in traditional class room settings? Don't worry, me too!! Our time together will be centered around joyful transformation, learning, and growth in ease. Nothing will be scary, hard, or overwhelming. 
• Group Coaching Call (45 mins. one per month) After you've had some time to explore and implement new joy resources into your daily life (woohoo!!), we will then meet and you will all have an opportunity to be coached by me! This is where you can get personalized support in a group setting that we can all grow and learn together. Historically these group coaching calls have been nothing short of extraordinary for everyone's growth. So don't be shy! Let yourself be nurtured and supported by all of us!  
  • It's also okay not to share should you not want to. But you'll find the environment to be safe, incredibly loving, and supportive should you choose to!
• Access to the Joy Rising Learning Annex (for the duration of the program) This is a website where you will find resources to support your transformation! Here is what's included:
  • All Call Recordings Yes that's right, should you not be able to attend a call live, no problem! All calls are recorded and you will have access to them here for the duration of the program.
  • Joyful Actionable Steps (about 1-2 per month) Here you will find the suggested steps you can implement to achieve you're desired goal. Remember, I'm all about the ease and joy of transformation! These will be less like "work" and more like play!
  • Inner Transformation Resources (about 1-2 per month) Here you will find different resources to support you on your internal growth and mind renewal! 
• Other surprises along the way because let's face it, it's me.... and I love to give.

Joyful Learning Classes & Coaching Calls will meet via phone. International phone numbers to dial are available for most countries as well as an option to join via website!
